The best
For the most part, I have had nothing but a great experience at The Towers. The apartments are clean and spacious, the amenities are great, and management is super friendly and helpful! The wards are also great and, while it's a little far from campus, the location is still pretty central. There were a few problems with the alarms and water heater, but nothing that wasn't expected with a new complex or that wasn't fixed quickly and efficiently. I really loved how accommodating the managers were with me. They have had a lot of problems that were completely out of their control that they've had to deal with which is understandable and frustrating. This being a new complex, of course there is going to be hiccups. The price that I am paying for it is definitely worth living here. Compared to the Mountain Lofts and the Gates, this place is way much nicer and cheaper for what you are getting. I would recommend this place to anyone! I love living here!!
REVIEW FOR GIRLS TOWERS II A good business will not inconvenience their paying customers, which The Towers II has done for me many times this semester. I am very disappointed with my experience here. Great apartments! Everything is well taken care of. The manager is always helpful. Everything is very spacious and makes other apartments look like broom cupboards. The people are usually great people that are fun to be around. I've lived in five different complexes and for the price I got this one was the best, it’s also the nicest one I've lived in. If you live at the Towers you won't be disappointed.
For the price of this place, the quality and space is worth every penny. I've been to several other housing complexes for at least two semesters a piece and this by far is a better value. It might be a slight walk to campus but the apartment makes up for it. So if you like having a room meant for two people and an apartment meant for six, then by all means sign up for The Towers!
