I (Chenfeng He) have been lived at Towers on Franklin (104 West Franklin St.) for years, and I have very satisfied with my experience. Last year, due to my negligence, I missed the renew window. Once I found this issue, the new customer had signed a lease for my current apartment. I went to the lease office, and talked with lease team. nice place to live. Roaches can sometimes be an issue, but it really depends on how well you maintain your unit.
I’m giving 5 stars to Towers on Franklin mainly because of their team. The staff, especially the maintenance experts Marcel and Sam, are kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. While there can occasionally be issues with the elevators, heating, or laundry machines, I’m always impressed by how quickly and thoughtfully the team steps in to help and do their best to resolve things. Their care and professionalism really stand out. The apartments themselves have everything you need and are in a great location in the city.
(3.5 stars) I have been a resident for almost 5 years now and have signed a lease to stay another year. I love the location of the building and my apartment unit has the BEST views. There have been consistent issues with water disruption but I appreciate the transparency and proactive communication from office staff when maintenance has to occur building-wide.
