Management (Kranazia) and Maintenance staff ( Sam) are really good. They address all emails and maintainance requests promptly. Such a good group of people.
I lived in Apt. 509W and I have to say I've been experiencing the same maintenance issues as what other people have mentioned. When I first moved in this August, the "pre-maintenance" that was promised before I moved in (cleaning the carpet, cleaning the kitchen/bathroom, paint the walls, etc.), well that never happened until I practically begged the management office (going to the office in person or emailing) for attending to the matter. New management and they are amazing! Kranazia was absolutely amazing helping me find my new home and Raymond helping to resolve any issues I had with such a quick response as well! Also, shout out to maintenance for being so nice and hard workers! Quick to fix whatever you need! Thank you guys! Great job and I’m so glad I chose to live in these apartments!
Sam's attention to detail is truly exceptional. He consistently demonstrates an impressive ability to identify and resolve issues swiftly, often going above and beyond—even while on call. His technical expertise and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset. Whenever something goes awry, Sam is always the first to step in and set things right with precision and professionalism.
The only positive thing here is the maintenance staff, Marcel, and Sam! 👍🏻
