The rental office is petty they will sit their and watch you at the door see you delivering something and want to talk through a broken call box n they cant even hear you and the building is Old and raggedy !
I’ve been here only a month and I’m already ready to move out. If you plan on moving here, here’s what to expect..but this is what I’ve been dealing with in only a months span. Moved in without a smoke detector. Told the office about it and we do not have one yet so we gotta buy it ourselves. Roaches!!! I have lived at this property for 5 years total. The staff here are top notch. Recently we have had some issues in our apartment which is to be excepted with an old building in the city. We were feeling extremely disheartened as we love our unit. After reaching out to the community manager Raymon, we were given a very comprehensive solution to our problems. The staff and maintenance crew are always kind and welcoming and we appreciate everything they have done for us!
Lived here for about 2 years now for school, and have rarely received any issues! Management has been good as well, but recently I’ve experienced multiple incidents where my packages were stolen. There are some greedy individuals that live here and steal anything! There should be no reason why I don’t have the security to leave my packages in the package room past one day. Word of advice don’t leave anything in the package room past 24hrs.
Have lived here for around 3 years, the new property management company is much better and has actually gotten rid of the roaches. The matinence staff has been wonderful since i moved in thankfully headed by Sam and Marcel both are excellent professionals kind courteous and always getting things done in a timely manner.
