Ive been experiencing bed bugs at the Towers on Franklin since October. They are not taking the matter seriously and I have had to live outside of my apartment for weeks. Management has been incredibly unhelpful even though I have done my part in treating the infestation as best I can (bagging items, wash/dry on high heat, etc.), they even implied that I could have been responsible which is impossible due to the fact that when I went to file a complaint, I was also told BY MANAGEMENT that another tenant had bed bugs extermin... read more
Don’t move here the complex is riddled with mold and they refuse to remediate. The will break the law any chance they get as long as it saves their pockets.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! I had a friend who lived here and she had someone break into her apartment and cause property damage. THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT!!! They would not let her break her lease even when she felt like her life was a risk, they never fixed the front door that lets EVERYONE in, they have no cameras in their building, the company/landlord did not care about her situation at all, not to mention the building is disgusting in itself, and people get there packages stolen all the time. The rental office is petty they will sit their and watch you at the door see you delivering something and want to talk through a broken call box n they cant even hear you and the building is Old and raggedy !
