Updated. I remember almost 4 years ago, I was so excited to move in. One of the nicest communities in a beautiful area. Things were wrong almost immediately. Things they sad they don't tolerate they do. Nobody ever leaves that office to inspect this property. Dog poop everywhere. Cigarette butts all over. This is a non smoking property, but it's not enforced. Elevator in my building and the area surrounding it, is filth. Dog urine, soda and greasy stains. Haven’t had a bad experience at The View, the staff is amazing and welcoming. Maintenance is always on the go staying busy, Jonathan stood out the most to me when he was attentive and easy to approach when I needed help. The views from the higher balconies are not to be missed out on !
