I loved living here. I met some great people and their pets and loved how quiet the complex was. The staff were amazing and my dogs, Sam and Sage, were always greeted with a smile (and pets). If I wasn't moving out of town, I would've renewed my lease. If I ever move back to San Antonio, I'll be living here again!
I had an issue with my AC at 12am, and David came out really quickly to help within the hour. He was very kind, professional, and took the time to figure out exactly what was wrong. He found the issue and got everything fixed quickly. I really appreciate how fast he responded and how efficiently he got my AC back up and running. Thank you, David, for the great service!
So far I like the property. The Only thing disappointing is when the elevator on my building goes out of service often. But they try to maintain it to work . The front desk ladies are very kind and friendly Other than that Very calming , safe property. Great service by David maintenance guy.
This is a review for Mr. David Diaz on the maintenance team. We had an issue with our bathtub after hours and was able to get David here extremely fast and the work he did was excellent. Thank you David for the excellent work!
I had a great experience touring the community. Leslie was great help! I especially appreciated the details about the community parking garage and elevators. Overall, it was a positive visit.
