My senior parents live here and they are both unable to rest due to loud neighbors that live in apt 147. The tenants in #147 are aware that there are seniors below them, but they continue to terrorize my parents with constant banging noises, day and night. This is considered elder abuse with the people doing it on purpose (especially after trying to talk to them) and the management office being negligent to seniors mental and emotional well being. A BIG shout out to David for earlier today!! I woke up to my AC not working properly. I placed a maintenance request early in the morning, and by 10:30 am David was at my door equipped with AC filters and his latter ready to find out what the AC issue was and quickly got it fixed!! Yayyyyyyy… my AC is working great and my apt is feeling awesome again!! Thank you David!!
