never move here the owner actually admits owning that hell hole LOL:))))))) you should be ashamed in the 25 years of renting, this is the worst apartment I have ever lived in by far, the first week we lived their, we had the swat team have to evacuate the building, because their was a shooting in the hallway, that was at 5:30 am. the next week about 10-12 squad cars where outside again, had a car full of guys in the car, that did a drive by. they totally lied to me, said that I was on a 6 mo lease, took their word for it, di... read more
Do not live here! We lived in these apts, and I have to say I would never recommend these to anyone. When we lived there we had the water pipes back up into our apartment, (while we were on vacation), and when we got home their was mold growing everywhere. We tried getting management multiple times to do something about it, but nothing ever got done. Finally we contaced the MN health department and only then did things finally get done. Defenitly would not recommend.
The Devil walks the halls there..WARNING I dropped from a healthy 140 lbs to 106 because of the stress created by living in the hell hole...Tower @ Speer. BEDBUGS..CRACKHEADS and drunks! No-life people sit in the lobby gossip and watch everything! After I left, I immediatly gained 10 lbs! Mngt is a joke..DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...don't move there unless your want to replace everthing you own and end up with legal problems!
How things have changed The previous review is out dated. if you are not a law breaker you wouldn't worry about legal issues there. with new management and new pest control the building is clean and almost all the trouble makers have been removed. the tower at speer is quite a friendly place to live now.
