The booking system and receptionists are absolutely nightmare, I did tried to book an appointment and I was not informed that they do not take OHIP or Insurance until I called and asked it to them. What is more, they sent me a confirmation email for my appointment but when I called them they told me it is not on their system. This is way too unprofessional for a Health Clinic
I go to see Dr. Costa at this clinic and I have nothing but the best of things to say about this physician. He has performed two knee surgeries on me and has done everything in his power to ensure a smooth recovery. I could not have asked for a better physician. Dr. Costa has exceptional bedside manners, is highly attentive, very knowledgeable and is a fantastic physician.
