Working with the Topol Team was an extreme pleasure! Our experience was not the greatest. I would not buy a home using them again. There was so much stress on the buyers end and it seemed the communication in the office was non existent. We were sending documents to everyone even though we sent the documents previously. If anything could go wrong it did and we felt we had no support or answers.

I have worked with the Topol Team to refinance my house TWICE now, and both times the process was smooth and successful. Their responses to me were immediate and all of my questions were answered comprehensibly- dumbed down enough for a novice to understand the mortgage process.
