We arrived 10 minutes early as they specifically requested (7:40) for our 7:50am appointment, and were the 1st ones here, and even had to wait for them to unlock the door. They literally took back 7 other patients before my son, all who arrived after us, and he did not get in until 8:15. We have been coming here for years and there is always zero consideration for people’s time, and there was zero communication regarding the delay.
I have NEVER had so many issues with a place. They book appointments and cancel and change them without notifiying you and then it takes months to get another one set up and when you are talking dentists and braces they can't just wait forever. Don't put yourself through lost time and lost energy. Find a place that knows how to work a schedule.
