Dr. Santana is one of the best dental doctors I have ever come across; he is very kind and funny, and I will recommend him to anyone.
I’m not here to talk about the dentists. They are all phenomenal, wonderful people. I’m here to talk about the despicable and very rude receptionist Elia. I was very patient, telling myself for the sake of the doctors I won’t leave a horrible review. But, unfortunately, she leaves me no choice. First it was a reception named Sylvia who canceled my appt to give it to a friend of hers when I had two infected teeth and had an emergency to see the dentist. He did a tooth filler to my 5 years ild daughter and few months later she suffered a strong pain from the same tooth and we went to the hospital to find that it was done wrong because he filled it while the tooth decay still there he got the 240$ in cash and never cared about doing his job right , for me he looks like a person that cares about money before the patients health.
Once you try others, you will realize that he remains the best because he does his utmost to help you. I made a mistake in a previous review, but I want to say now that you are the best in your field among so many others; he treats his patients like family, offering advice, explanations, and doing everything possible to ensure the best treatment for them.
Wanted to make an appointment and asked kindly if there were any Spanish speakers but I was told to speak English. Very rude service
