I had a great experience at The Tooth Doc! I needed a few treatments, and the whole process was smooth and comfortable. The doctor was gentle, thorough, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visits. Jeanette at the front desk was also wonderful—she went over my insurance coverage and costs in detail, and I really appreciated how transparent everything was. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Terrible place. Don't waste your time with them, just find another dentist. They have horrible customer service. They deny federal employee dental insurance.
Great both doctor and assistant everyone is fabulous at this dentistry and the work is excellent and I recommend anybody to come here and you will be happy Dr. Joanie
I thought they were great but the experience i had and went back thought the problem was fixed and yet can't chew crunchy foods. Anything cold, hot sweet or spicy irritates my whole top right sode and the bottom left side. With all the work I had done over 6 months ago. I shouldn't be having problems, now I've opted to go elsewhere
Rude, threatening, and dismissive front desk, not to mention the fear-mongering treatment plan. I picked this place for a regular checkup/cleaning because of its proximity. They took several x-rays and pictures of my teeth, which they said my insurance should cover fully… The cleaning was fine; a little painful. Dr. Shahidi identified a cavity and recommended we forego the filling and go straight for a crown (and possibly a root canal).
