I called in on a Sunday as I had an emergency regarding severe wisdom tooth pain. They got me in right away. Receptionist was super friendly, as well as the dental assistant. The dentist himself was quick and efficient and able to provide me with pain relief and antibiotics. Thank you to the whole team!!
I went to this dentist 3 times. The first was fine. The second time, I was the first appointment of the day and was delayed because no one had keys to open the office because someone forgot them and had to wait for someone to bring them. Today I went and waited 30 minutes after my appointment time and no one came into the room to start my appointment. This was after I was called last night to push my appointment 30 minutes because the doctor wouldn’t be in yet for my original appointment time. Reception staff was apologetic ... read more
Very Dirty. Equipment rusty and had layers of grime. Office standards clearly not maintained, clutter and garbage. Almost all chairs in waiting room were broken or duct taped together. The dentist was rude and dismissed my concerns, front desk staff nice but they handed me a very unprofessional (almost unintelligible intake form) on a broken clipboard with a chewed up pen. Gross.

This place is disgustingly dirty. The chairs are falling apart, one had duct tape over it, the blinds are covered in thick layers of cobwebs and dust, the spit sink next to the dental chair is rusted and encrusted with filth. Before introducing himself, the dentist, who I believe is from Eastern Europe(Russia maybe?) gloves his hand and just tries to jam his finger in your mouth. Didn’t say hi. Didn’t introduce himself.
