Went in for severe tooth pain that I now know is an impacted wisdom tooth. I called and was led to believe I would be getting treatment same day. They took me in for an X-ray and then told me they can't do anything until March 29th. Charged me somewhere around $240 for an X-ray and maybe 5 minutes of their time. Called another dentist and was taken care of right away. Would not recommend the tooth corner.
Never leave a poor review and return. if you do they treat you like dort, and don't take in any consideration if you have severe anxiety, fear of needles or the chair. left for wellington dentistry. haven't looked back.
My daughter got a consultation appointment with Dr.Shahram and he looked upset to see us for the second time and he did unprofessional behaviour with us and was telling the lady who was helping him that she should write down what he says to us and he made us feel like dumbs because he wasn’t happy to explain to us about why we should wait to do the braces for my daughter and the reason that we did a second appointment because he didn't mention why we should wait in her first consultation appointment.
I have the worst dental anxiety, I put off going to a dentist for over 10 years.. I needed a tooth pulled. I had Dr. Bassel, he is nothing short of amazing and made be feel much less anxious. I would recommend him 10 times over!
