Solid group of guys! A bit on the high end price wise but they definitely prove that you get what you pay for!
Booked a last minute haircut here with my boys on a Friday afternoon- they were busy but were willing to accommodate us. We were in Maryland for a lacrosse tournament and just randomly picked this place- but I’m so glad we did! The place was VERY clean, the barbers were all so friendly and they took a ton of pride in their work. Both my boys asked for a summer buzz cut and their hair was long to start. One of the things I’ve noticed at The Tonsorium in Owings Mills is that as a new customer, you don’t really feel appreciated or welcomed. There’s this unspoken ‘I’ll get to you when I get to you’ vibe, like your time doesn’t matter unless you’re already part of the inner circle. As a paying customer, especially one supporting Black businesses, I expect acknowledgment and professionalism. A simple ‘Hey, thanks for coming, we’ll be with you shortly’ goes a long way. All over Maryland I pay $40 for a haircut but the barber charge me 50$ . I would never go back to this barber shop
ZERO STARS Very poor. 3/5/25 @ 10:23am this place is closed though it says it's open on line. No hrs of operation on the door or open/closed sign. No one is answering and the voicemail is not set up. What kind of business is this? I was looking to set up an appointment for my boyfriend birthday and can see or speak to anyone.
