Solid group of guys! A bit on the high end price wise but they definitely prove that you get what you pay for!
Booked a last minute haircut here with my boys on a Friday afternoon- they were busy but were willing to accommodate us. We were in Maryland for a lacrosse tournament and just randomly picked this place- but I’m so glad we did! The place was VERY clean, the barbers were all so friendly and they took a ton of pride in their work. Both my boys asked for a summer buzz cut and their hair was long to start. One of the things I’ve noticed at The Tonsorium in Owings Mills is that as a new customer, you don’t really feel appreciated or welcomed. There’s this unspoken ‘I’ll get to you when I get to you’ vibe, like your time doesn’t matter unless you’re already part of the inner circle. As a paying customer, especially one supporting Black businesses, I expect acknowledgment and professionalism. A simple ‘Hey, thanks for coming, we’ll be with you shortly’ goes a long way.
