Lance went above and beyond with the sale of this house. It was under different circumstances than your normal sale of a house and he did an amazing job staying in contact and communication. He answered all of my questions, was thorough and helped me understand the selling process. Lance and his team are wonderful to work with. When it comes time to buy a home I will most definitely go back to him. I will also refer family and friends to Lance as well.
