Holli Albertson is by far the best real estate agent I've ever encountered. I didn't hesitate to reach out to her after she helped my mother find her forever home. When it was my and my husband's turn to find a new home, she found us a beautiful house for an amazing deal in an idyllic neighborhood we never though we'd be able to afford. I had the pleasure of co-oping with Lance on a transaction that took much longer than expected to reach the closing table — we had multiple extensions and plenty of hurdles along the way. He keeps current on trends and discussed various details of what he had read from research articles. When we received offers, Lance was also a good negotiator with potential buyer's agents, helping us get the best sales price for our house.
