Booked your proprty for two nights july 116 & 17 2021. requested 2 beds handicaped. when i went to check in they tried to give me us a room on the 2nd floor. i had told them we could not use stairs. thjey then told us they did not have aroom on groung floor with two beds,we were shown a room with 1 king bed we grudgingly acceptwd that.. there was now roll in showerr,only a tub and shower,we could not step into tub so were forced to go two days with no shower or bath,..
