The good, they work for Sothebys. So you get great weekly updates and great communication. Let the customer choose if they want a Facetime walk-through. Post covid, buying a house via Facetime is half the showings. I bought two houses in Montana without ever leaving San Francisco. I asked to view three properties, got feedback on one of them, then was told monitor the market and we'll do house tours when you're in town in a few weeks.
