We had a previously scheduled appointment today and it was a total waste of time. The patient is my mother in law who has dementia and was recently in the hospital for a fall with a broken arm and the ER recommended we have follow up with the primary care physician. Dr Wolfe is a great internist—smart, competent and dedicated. Her nurse, Nicole RN, is efficient and brings a smile into the room with her. Dr Wolfe is on time and values my time as well as hers. She is conscious of medication costs and doesn’t order unnecessary medical procedures. I learn something every time I see her!
I started seeing Dr. Wolfe a few years ago. I really liked her and her staff. They were helpful and she listened to me, helped me figure out what was going on, and did everything she could. Recently she’s been extremely off putting and doesn’t seem to care. I brought a concern up with her in May, she brushed it off and the issue resolved.
