They never answer the phone. They’re extremely rude and the overall experience isn’t what a drs office should be. Answer the phones, be courteous to patients and family’s that call in. If my family member wasn’t dead set on seeing this dr I would have removed her as a patient a long time ago. I’ve also had issues with dr Smallwood as well. Very Knowledgable and takes the healthcare of his patients very seriously. A no nonsense Doctor!
He has my sister on the wrong blood pressure medication. She has been sent to the ER twice with her blood pressure at 221 and 185. She tried calling to make an appointment to no avail. To place someone on blood pressure medication on a very high dose and not to adjust it or even see her for an appointment. I am seeking a malpractice suit against this 2 star doctor.
