The WORST service I ever had. Three employees ignored me for about 10 minutes upon entering location. I had a simple pick up order. Went to the pick up area ( with the To Go Order Sign). After being ignored went to the empty host desk and someone finally came to seat me. I said I have a pick up order and she never came back. Rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory!
Overall I will say this experience was very uncomfortable, we waited 20 minutes for two coffees and it took a long time for us too order apart from that server Johanna was not attentive whatsoever.
