1 Star As the administrator of an estate, I provided all required documentation weeks before closing. Despite that, I experienced repeated delays, multiple settlement statement corrections, and poor communication throughout the transaction. The most frustrating issue occurred on the scheduled funding date when a concern about the estate bank account was raised only after the wire cutoff and before a federal holiday, delaying disbursement of more than $104K in estate proceeds.
