I would not recommend this company based on poor customer service and questionable integrity. They failed to provide me with a clean title closing out all my HOA dues. When I pointed this out at closing they said any discrepancies were the responsibility of the HOA. Two weeks later they came back to me asking for the discrepancy they told me not to worry about. When I mentioned I brought this up at closing as an additional concern they lied about what they communicated. I will be looking elsewhere when I close on my next hom... read more
