The title company sent the check to the wrong address. Innocent mistake. I tried for several weeks to get them to void the check and mail a new check to the correct address at my own expense. After several phone calls and emails pleading for help, specifically from Sonya, I was ignored. I finally tracked down the check that was mailed to the wrong address and had that person mail me the check. From time of closing to receiving our check: about 2.5 months.
Very efficient.
