We had an extremely unprofessional experience with the deed recording process after our home purchase. We were told multiple times by the Title Group closer over the month after closing that the deed had been submitted for recording with the county by the Title Group, but in fact, it had not been submitted at all. First of all, if you have sellers who have pre-signed so they can be at their next closing to purchase their out of town property......The Title Group will NOT wire funds....they will mail the funds... And just try calling their office......AI....what a treat....see if you can actually talk to someone. Very poor experience with this title company.
