This was my first time ever going to this tire shop and everyone in there was beyond helpful. From the young lady answering the calls, I think her name is Jenny or Jenna to the people that actually worked on my car, they all went above and beyond. they are under new ownership now so there are different people they are friendly

Horrible service , very dishonest and unknowledgable staff ,I would never recommend this place to even the people I hate , should be put out of business
Tire Champs are crooks! Stay away! They do not have the correct machine for installing and removing tires on custom rims, they grabed my rim by the lip and detroyed it. They forced my tires onto the 20in rim tearing the beading on the inside of the tire causing them to bubble and blow out on me within 10 days of being purchased. I went back they tried to tell me the tires were not new and were old and that he didnt sell me them when they wrote the reciept for new tires bought from them.
