Took 2 hours for them to change one tire. Would not recommend. Place changed completely to the point where no one is outside working anymore. Employees don’t seem to give a damn 0/10
This is a follow up of a review about the run flat tires on my BMW X5. The manager called me and stated he would change the defective tires and he did!
Super impressed! After passing this place for years I stopped in today to get 2 tires mounted and installed that I had bought online. Their price was very fair. Being a fussy car guy I cringe whenever I have to have tires put on my car out of fear of damage to my wheels. My anxiety was through the roof. This is the first place ever that didn’t even put a teeny scratch on my wheels. Every other place over the years messed up my wheels to an extent from minor to major. Very impressed here.
I have been going to this store for 15 years- I’m a loyal customer. Let’s say now I WAS. I bought all 4 run flat tires for my BMW X5 in September 2024. I leave NY in the winter, so this car barely put on 2000 miles since then. The 2 rear tires are completely shot. I took it back to the shop and the guy said it’s an alignment issue. I told them they aligned the tires when I changed them. Call back tomorrow and speak to Jennifer, he said. I call back today, she keeps me on hold and then says she hasn’t decided what to do!!!
