I came in November 2024 to have the tire service monitor replaced. That went perfectly fine and as the owner was showing the new system, he recommended that I should replace a tire since it has cracks on the side. I agreed and was charged $100 for a used tire. After that, every month that same tire I had replaced was low on air. Months then turned into weeks. Using the soap and water method, I found a puncture in the tire! Have used Concord Tires, recently, to re-balance some tires and to handle the restoration of wheels on my 91 Mazda. Those turned out very nice. Overall very accommodating.
