Went in for a tire rotation, and realized they are putting old parts in my car , the lug nut they installed was broken, and 2 of my back lug nuts where not properly tightened; and they scratched my back passenger rim
I went there lured by the reviews. Beware. I needed a tire repaired (screw taken out). My tire was in very good condition, had at least 50% life still in it. I got a bill that reads "Tire repair performed with a high quality plug and sealant", but instead of a repair, I got an old, worn out tire put in, that I had to replace weeks later, when I noticed the switch and it was too late for a claim. Make sure to check and take pics of your tires in and out.
Came in with my car driving straight, just needed an alignment because of tire wear. After their “alignment,” the car now pulls hard to the right. They blamed a bent rim, but I checked everything is fine. Their excuse? “Bad roads.” Totally unacceptable.
I drove in needing a tire plugged. They were polite, cheap and fast. I recommend them:)
