Asked for an oil change and tire rotation at 5 pm last Friday. Left my car and returned 40 minutes later. When they pulled my car out of the mechanics bay, I could hear a horrible sound. Driver front wheel was essentially coming off my car. The lugs were barely finger tight. They apologized profusely and I left my car overnight to pick up Saturday morning. They replaced my wheel studs and I stalled a lug nut that didn't match my car and wasn't the right size. Also, the lugs were not torqued properly and I was able to tighten... read more
