If you have nice rims and want to keep them nice I would stay away from this place! I came in looking for some tires for my suv and was helped by Barbi who was knowledgeable and was able to give recommendations based on my driving needs. This was the only good part of the buying process. I had a great experience with Tire Depot! I originally purchased a set of rims and drove with them for two summers. After some time, I realized I wasn’t fully happy with them anymore. When I went back to the shop, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating — they allowed me to swap the rims and I only had to pay the difference. The service was excellent from start to finish. I've been going to The Tire Depot in Cambridge for a couple of years now, and honestly, Barbi and Ed along with their whole crew are the best. They're more than just my tire shop; they're genuinely awesome people I've really gotten to know and trust. Every time I walk in, it truly feels like visiting friends. The whole experience was fun and positive. No pressure took all the time i needed to get the right rims and tires for my 95 Transam. And what a pay off. They look better than I imagined. Like they were meant for the car. I'm ecstatic with the results. The price was perfect. If wheels make the car, they certainly are the right ones for mine.
