I purchased a set of 4 tires, alignment and an oil change. The service was horrible and they made no apologies. They sold my special order tires to another customer the night before my appointment and installed the wrong tires on my car thinking I wouldn t notice. This all took 6 hours as they scrambled to find something similar. The manager said he thought they were better tires so he didn t bother telling me. Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!! – I just tried to get an oil change at this Goodyear Tire Store. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! NEVER GO THERE FOR ANT REASON!!!!! They ignored me for more than 15 minutes and I REALLY hate to wait. Then, I clearly asked for an "oil change AND TIRE ROTATION." Give 'em a try – I just moved to Brandon and bought a car from my neighbor. He suggested Long Tire in Brandon as he had work done there and was happy with the service. Best Customer Service! – I'm a single woman and have been taking my car here for years. They are friendly and I trust them. I have never been surprised with unexpected repairs or charges when I take it in for routine maintenance. If there is a problem with my car, they'll show me the issue under the hood or undercarriage if I ask. Ex-Personal Tire Company – I have done business at the Tread Quarters at 1401 Airline Boulevard, Portsmouth,VA. for over 20 years. My last visit was in 2005 which I purchased a full set of tires with the road hazard. I took my truck in at 8 am to replace the front tire. In the past, the service has been superior. Great sevice and honest work – Brought my vehicle in for a brake problem 2 other shops could not fix. Spoke with Rolando at the counter and felt comfortable with his knowledge. He brought me out and showed me the problem and did a fair priced repair. The customer service was fantastic and they didnt try to gouge me in any way like most of the places in this town. I MOVED TO NAPLES ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO FROM MICHIGAN. I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY AIR CONDITIONING IN MY CAR. I WENT TO ANOTHER AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP TO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT.
