Need a tire repair and made an appointment for 10:30 am. When there I was told that the 15 minute repair will take over 2 hours! After a 1.5 hour wait, their policy is to do a 45 minute full vehicle inspection - no exceptions. They didn't disclose that at the time of making the appointment. I left to find an honest company. That must be their business model to find things to fix and charge you for work you didn't go there for. I do not recommend.
Very helpful to me on a Sunday morning with a rear tire leak with very few options. They were courteous and professional and hope others will give the service center a try. The location is on Colony Blvd in The Villages, Fl.
Went in for an oil change and the next thing I know is that they had all 4 tires off and were recommending $1000 worth of repairs. I told them no which seemed to shock them. They put the tires back on and I've had a grinding noise ever since. The noise wasn't present when I went in and I will not go back there.
