Vert attentive Handled. Problem in a timely manner
I had a tire that had a nail in it repaired.
Store was busy and both Ken and Carlos were working hard to keep things moving along as smooth as they could. Guys in the shop were working just as hard and quick on the vehicles. Got my tires on and alignment adjusted a lot quicker than what I’m used to. Great customer service and outstanding work.
*Long post ahead A mistake... Tire patch and remount... Simple right? Nope, not only did it take 7+ hours for a tire patch to be completed but an additional 2 hours for a remount. Great... Then asked if I wanted to simply do $20 cash no paperwork out the door. Suspicious. But wait it gets better... Then come to find out there was a discrepancy with the TPMS with the tire in question.
