I've used this place for my service routinely in the past. Today was not a good experience. I set up a Sunday appointment for convenience. I arrived prior to opening, and I was able to go in early and drop off the vehicle. I requested an oil change and to rotate my tires! Around 2:30, I was notified that the truck was complete. When I arrived, I discovered that they did not rotate the tires! They started offering me an appointment, or to leave the truck again, and they would rotate the tires. I went in for an alignment. I had purchased a Groupon for it. My car was pulling slightly to the right. Not bad, but it had been that way since I bought the car. I wasn't expecting much improvement. I was very wrong. The tech did a terrific job. It drives so much straighter. Very pleased with the work done there.
