Have been taking both of my vehicles here for years, and the customer service and whole experience has always been outstanding. I know them by name and they know me as well, they always explain everything I need and what I should look at to fix soon. The mechanics here are honest and always take care of me and my family
Every time I come to this store, there’s a new employee who chooses to upsell every single little thing. I asked for an oil change and he doesn’t even ask what type of oil change I’d like; he just automatically told me my total and prepared to ring me up. Of course it was the highest price with no verbalized discussion or reasoning. I had to correct him and change my oil type which worked out $30 cheaper.
