Terrible experience. Brought my car in because of a rear differential problem. I had to go through the insurance company. It was an absolute horrible experience. They kept the car for 2 weeks and then I had to have it, transported from Florida to South Carolina. And I am still hearing noise in the back, so I now have to take it to another shop.
Went in for tire rotation they tried to up sell I needed new brakes pads,roaters, struts$9,000 and I had it rechecked and it was a lie! Never use them!
I called and asked if they could help me with my BMW tire since it needs a wheel key and they said yes so I made an appointment. When I got there they said they can't do it and don't know why the customer service person who checked the computer said they could.
Great customer service! Quick, efficient! (Terrible with names) but the gentleman at the front desk was new, he was very friendly and worked well under pressure as the line was getting longer! The manager was also very friendly, knowledgeable and patient! Would definitely recommend this location!
The store manager lied to me about having a tire in stock.I had my car towed in at great expense only to find out that they had to order it.
