Yesterday I made an appt for 11am today. Arrived to the shop and told the guy I had an appt for today. He said "can't do it" and I ask why not and he tells me none of his guys showed up to work. Confused on the situation I asked where his guys were and he says none of them showed up to work. So I couldn't get the repairs/maintenance done I set the appt for. No reassurance or anything from the guy. I recommend finding a more reliable shop to go to.
