Tried to charge me for an alignment when i requested a 2 tire install. Then tried to charge me for lifetime maintenance and then road hazard. I asked for none of these. They were on the invoice. This is a Lousy way to do business. He didn’t ask me if I wanted those things he just put them on the bill. And then he only remove them one by one instead of all at once, clearly thinking I wouldn’t catch it. Yesterday I made an appt for 11am today. Arrived to the shop and told the guy I had an appt for today. He said "can't do it" and I ask why not and he tells me none of his guys showed up to work. Confused on the situation I asked where his guys were and he says none of them showed up to work. So I couldn't get the repairs/maintenance done I set the appt for. No reassurance or anything from the guy. I recommend finding a more reliable shop to go to.
