Went to get an oil change and an alignment done on November 25. When I got my car back, the steering wheel is not straight. The manager Amer keeps calling me about tires I don’t need and is trying to upsell me to $600 tires. I guess I paid for nothing for my alignment. When I brought my car in, my steering wheel was perfectly straight. I need to talk to someone about this. Also, Amer kept smiling and laughing because I wouldn’t buy the tires. Staff wasn't polite, place was dirty and no one even reviewed with me what was done or found on the car. Just a receipt handed to me, paid and barely a goodbye. Poor customer service. I hope the oil was changed and the tires rotated but since the customers can't see the service performed, not sure. Won't go back here again.

Be ready to deal with grumpy. The worker(s) at the front desk have terrible people skills. The older gentleman is angry at the world. He is unprofessional and not very helpful. If you ask a question you feel like you bugged them. They get irritated. I’m not sure what the problem is. Do you want to know how the service is? Well beats me.. he just says $223.04… dare you to speak!!!
