All I'll say is that Bob has been extremely good to me and my husband. And we all have to keep in mind that it's a used tire shop. Yes, new tires can also be ordered, but Bob will still work with anybody. And he'll help anybody. For example, he came out himself, in the snow and changed a flat tire for me. I went in for a used tire brought my rim up there had it changed paid 50$ for the tire onlh to get home an see its so badly dry rotted the whole tire is falling apart ill be posting a vid on fb search #tirebarndryrott
Some used tires are ok, some not. But people don't expect to get tires one day and then a few days later tires flat and can't get refund. Same with repairs there. Bad business. I have bought many tires there and NONE lasted, with my last 3 experiences being bad ones. It was a 7 day warranty, but I don't know about now. I know that most can't afford brand new tires, but sometimes it's bwst to slurge and get them. Or, it's best to find a better tire place with good quality tires, repair.
