Great atmosphere and service! the food was delicious and the beers plenty. We'll definitely return!
Awesome relaxing place for just a drink or to spend an entire afternoon. Great service and outstanding beer selection.
Love love love. Rough start last night (would not have recommended them) BUT the recovery was phenomenal 💕💕. Check em out. Food rocks. Drinks are a plenty and atmosphere is great !
I ate at the Tipsy Oak last night and I can't say enough good things about it! Lots of craft beer on the menu and they have flights so you get to sample and find your favorite! No worries if you're not a beer drinker they have a full menu as well. I had the poutine burger and it was yummy! Service was excellent, everyone was so friendly! I thought the back patio may be hot on these TX nights but there's plenty of shade. You have to stop by and discover this little gem for yourself!!! Cheers!!!
The restaurant is very cute and laid back. I loved the atmosphere and the partnership with local breweries. I would love to see partnerships with local wineries too. While they have a wine list, a more broad selection of styles would be great. Overall, we had a great time and our waitress was a delight. We look forward to being back soon!
I went for a happy hour and our table split several apps. Pretzel with queso(comes with mustard, we upgraded). Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside with a great taste. Denser than a donut, softer than traditional German pretzel, but so delicious. Chips and salsa. Really good chips and really good salsa. Can't ask for more. Wish it was free, but this is a bar, not a mexican restaurant. Fried pickles. Yes. All the yes. The thick cut pickles were tangy and crisp with a well seasoned breading. Didn;t try the brisket frie... read more
I was highly anticipating the opening of The Tipsy Oak. My wife and I sat at a nearly empty bar and waited close to 10 minutes to be asked what we would like to drink. A lady from an outside table came in and mentioned that she had been waiting 45 minutes without being served. I understand being new, but the restaurant wasn't busy for the service to be this unacceptable. Since we sat at the bar, we were also able to see the passive aggressive interactions between the management and servers. The food looked promising, but we ... read more
Loved it! Amazing atmosphere, excellent food, and solid craft selection! Great work! We can't wait to return! 😊
I had dinner last night at The Tipsy Oak and I must say that it was amazing. I forgot to post a pic before tearing into my meal but trust me it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! This place has only been open for three days so as with any new business they have to work out the kinks but the staff was amazing! My husband and I had the Tipsy Smash Burger and they were cooked to perfection. We asked to sub their regular fries for their fried bacon cheese fries and they were so good! The owner Julia is such a nice lady a... read more
