If I could give 0 stars I would. Will never go here again. We went to pick up trailer. We were 5 minutes late so he refused to give us the trailer untill until we waited 30 minutes. In the past we rented a trailer and tried to tell us we put dents in it. Luckily, we took pictures the day we picked up before we left the lot. Which he did not like that we had proof it was not from us.

This is by far the best U-Haul location I have experienced. The gentleman running the place is very thorough checking in and out equipment, gives easy to understand instructions, and bends over backward to ensure a pleasant rental experience. If you have a choice on where to pickup/return your equipment, I recommend choosing this one. Five stars isn't enough, should be 10!!!!
