This guy needs a lesson in customer service, integrity, and better morals. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other U-Haul/shop around.
Charged for gas that wasn't needed. Hours of operation only 3 and it a half hours. I wouldn't recommend this place.
I needed a trailer on a Sunday. I called another uhaul place they referred me here cause they had the trailer I needed. When my son walked in to get the trailer, the guy barely said hello, like he was being interrupted and didn’t want to be there. Customer service to me is the most importance of anywhere I spend my money. The trailer was perfect for our needs, but the owner/worker should be more pleasant to people coming in to buy stuff out rent stuff. Hopefully sir, these reviews will help you with you’re customer service
