I was surprised with flowers yesterday. A friend ordered them for me and they were supposed to have delivered two days ago. A worker from the building up from my job brought over a vase of FROZEN flowers in solid ice that was left sometime after THEY closed at 4:30pm the day prior. They were left at the incorrect address, in front of a closed empty building, and left to freeze in 28 degree weather. When my friend called, they refused to replace them or offer a full refund. They provided the best & fastest service to place a beautiful spray on my Mother's headstone on the one year anniversary of her passing. The customer service were extremely kind! Thank you so much..
