Found this place on the sly, saw the area around the Bon Secour River, and said let’s try it. Well,it was a hit! I got the oysters Fenton, and really wasn’t quite sure what it was. Well, it blew my taste buds out, the seasoning rosemary knocked it off the charts. And, the follow up was seafood gumbo. Being from Lafayette, La, I was cautious. The gumbo was excellent. You know when you’re on vacation and you stumble upon a place that really surprises you in all the best ways? Well we did tonight at Tin Top. I already know this will be one of those gems we return to when we visit the gulf shores area. Off the beaten path and tucked away and WELL WORTH the short drive away from the tourist area. We’ve been down in Gulf Shores for 5 days and eaten out for every meal.. this was by far the best restaurant we’ve been to! Loved absolutely everything about our evening. Our waitress, Stephanie was delightful and very fun to talk to! The food was AMAZING!! Stuffed mushrooms are a must!! 🤤🤤
