We waited for an hour last night without any advice that it would be such a long wait. After being seated at a dark table for 2, we had nobody come to table for 15 minutes. As we were leaving, hostess, who was really concerned, asked if I wanted to see a manager. Manager was a really unprofessional looking person with a pistol tucked in his waistband and was quite indifferent. we own 4 condos in Gulf Shores. The food was delicious and portions were fair.
The sauteed crab claws were excellent and so was the pecan crusted trigger fish

The shrimp plate was fantastic. Best fried shrimp ever! Lima beans with andouille sausage is great side too. We loved the outside dining also!
The food is always great and plenty of it. Service was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
