The idea and concept behind the restaurant is very interesting yet poorly executed. Upon seeing this concept I expected more. The price vs the amount of food including the size of their sides isnt worth the cost. The mac and cheese was reminiscent of something youd find at a local fried chicken chain and the portion was so small it left me wishing I had gone with something else. Took 15 minutes before finally flagging down our waitress to give her our orders. Was another 30 minutes before the food was brought out to us. The burgers were supposed to be medium, but came out out well done, dry, and crispy on the outside. A shame to destroy kobe that way. The waitress would ask us how things were and promptly walk away before we could answer. Toppings are decent and the shakes are good. Waitress didn't ask how the bill should be split either. The options for the custom burgers are great. It tasted wonderful. The fries were the end of a batch but were still good. Service was very good. Didn't wait long for anything. Good selection of beers. Overall I would suggest to anyone wanting a good burger to go here.
