Good service but EXPENSIVE. Had them replace a battery in my watch. The watch itself cost me $25 brand new. They charged me $27 for a simple battery replacement.
Excellent quick service, i missed one micro-screw on my watch band, she took the time found the suitable alternative despite the repair was so small in transaction $. Very happy with the result, after being rejected by the other timepiece booth/shop close by.

During a spring purge I came across two old watches in a drawer that I used to wear on a regular basis. One being a Vincero and the other a Guess - both were not working. My friend suggested that I take them to The Time Shop to see what they could do to repair as he had great service. The lady who served me was wonderful and thoughtfully explained the issues with both watched and that very little was needed to get them up and running.
