I’m so happy to have found this amazing shop again! I used to visit their location at Hudson’s Bay, and they have always been the best for watch repairs and battery replacements. I was delighted to finally find them at Burlington Mall. Their service is excellent, professional, and efficient, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended! ⌚️

Good service but EXPENSIVE. Had them replace a battery in my watch. The watch itself cost me $25 brand new. They charged me $27 for a simple battery replacement.
Excellent quick service, i missed one micro-screw on my watch band, she took the time found the suitable alternative despite the repair was so small in transaction $. Very happy with the result, after being rejected by the other timepiece booth/shop close by.
