I left my card as a guarantee when I checked into the hotel and was charged $200. Later, I found an additional charge of $2,500 on the same card, an amount that does not match the cost of my stay at all. I never received a clear explanation or justification for this charge. Very bad experience — I feel scammed and I do not recommend this place at all.

They charge black people $300 deposit and white people $150 deposit. When front desk attendant was called out he blamed it on a system glitch but had just before that checked in a white woman and charged her $150 deposit so if it was a glitch in the system and he was already aware that $150 is the deposit for the same type of room (because these women were together just separate rooms) why would he still try to charge the black woman $300??? Yea be wary of this place with shady business practices towards black people

The service and location of this room were great! Every employee we encountered was so friendly. The location was great. Super close to the subway and time square but not right in the heart with all of the people. The beds are also SUUPER comfy and the rooms very clean. Will definitely stay here again.
