The hotel is very good by US standards, but average by European standards. The hotel staff varies. The gentlemen sometimes open the hotel door, and sometimes they just stand there and stare. The doors are heavy, and if you have luggage, it's really heavy. You can find someone very helpful and polite, or you can find someone downright rude and look down on you. Wanted to leave a review given the true hospitality and kindness that Emilio and the management staff showed on my last trip. It was late at night, my flight was delayed and my last minute change to the reservation was incorrect in a city and hotel with no availability. While I couldn’t check in the first day as planned, the team was so gracious in getting me sorted out and made my time that I was able to stay very pleasant. I’ll be back and hopefully in smoother circumstances but thank you!
The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, they let us check in extremely early and made our stay much better because of it! The staff (thank you Eric!) even left us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate my wife's birthday!
