The room and location was great. We had an awesome experience with an employee named Yardley. Excellent customer service!!
If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. I will say that one star is for their one nice employee, Josh the bellman. Not a single employee outside of him was nice my whole 8 day stay. When we first arrived we were 2 hours early for check in, which I understand no early check in is guaranteed. We waited quietly, but 10 minutes after check in our room still wasn’t ready. The first room we got was small, we changed for a bigger one. The hotel staff was very sweet. Josh knows his job and does it well. Thanks for the amazing stay!
