I’ve been familiar with this community for more than 15 years, and it has always been a warm and welcoming place. I had the opportunity to work closely with the Executive Director a few years ago, and I know firsthand how deeply the team cares for the residents. The people who live here are consistently well cared for, treated with respect, and supported by staff who truly value their well‑being. It’s a community built on compassion, professionalism, and genuine connection.
The Timbers has been a wonderful home for my parents over the past three years. The staff is truly exceptional. Sue, who manages the building, is always available and supportive to both residents and families. Robert in maintenance is friendly, responsive, and quick to help whenever my parents need anything. I never really thought of what “Transforming Age” meant until I gave Timbers a chance! I was skeptical at first being 76, feeling 67 and acting 59 LOL… but seriously. I found this place because my Tax man lived here until his house was built. Nobody expected me except him, I was greeted at the door with pleasant hellos and smiles while the Assistant asked how to help and directed me. I regularly step foot inside the Timbers for my job. Everytime I'm there, the staff is incredibly engaging with both me AND their residents. You can tell they are incredibly passionate, supportive and caring people who enjoy fostering a positive environment within their community! I’ve never heard a single bad comment from the residents I’ve interacted with. It’s one of the best senior living spaces in the area because of who they are and the work that they do!
