We used Expedia to book this hotel for 2 night. We then needed to leave sooner than we expected for families matters. I went by the front desk. She then said Expedia would need to refund our second night. I contacted Expidia and they let me know it is the hotel front desk who would need to approve the refund and checking out early. This was a nice stay. I try to stay at best westerns whenever I travel because I know I'll get great service. This place delivered.
