I like the maintenance people, I liked the old manager for her memory and communication, however it is difficult to contact the property by phone (they never ever call back or acknowledge the phone call) and they will spray herbicides all over regardless of children present and with no notice to residents. 1650 for a 3bd in a "tax income credit community" with caps on how much we can make is pretty outrageous too. been here for 2 years, hopefully not much longer.
