The quality is awful and they will not fix anything you bring up. They will do whatever they can to skate around it. If your building with them I recommend your there everyday they are doing anything to verify the work. The sod they put down they will throw it directly over concrete and gravel they laid which it will not grow. I understand the natural rock I'm not expecting them to bring in fresh dirt but the gravel and concrete they lay come on that's just horrible.
