I had an outstanding experience with The Tile Shop in Commack, NY, thanks to Jeff Joseph. I was in a bit of a bind, trying to find a discontinued glass tile model to finish my kitchen backsplash. After an extensive search, I found that the tile was no longer available in the U.S. and had been discontinued. Thankfully, I was connected with Mr. Joseph, who went above and beyond to help. Very nice staff. Helpful and very knowledgeable. The times we selected were high quality and our kitchen looks amazing now. Highly recommend
Although they didn't have the color we needed, they were very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. They do have a large selection of different types of tiles for backsplashes. It is worth going in to see there's selections when you're trying to make hard tile decisions.
We recently did a full home reno and needed tile for 4 bathrooms, living room, dining room, offices, etc. While there are more inexpensive options out there, Jeff Joseph is the reason we went to Tile Shop. He was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Never pushy but always shared expert recommendations and helped us get a great price on a very, very large order.
