I’ve been here a few times and every time I come here there are plenty of employees who all look like it pains them to work there. No smiles, no welcome and do not seem happy to help. The lighting in this place is super dark that you can’t even see the tile colors easily and have to bring it outside in the light. I think if they had nice employees and lighting it might attract more customers.

I had an outstanding experience with The Tile Shop in Commack, NY, thanks to Jeff Joseph. I was in a bit of a bind, trying to find a discontinued glass tile model to finish my kitchen backsplash. After an extensive search, I found that the tile was no longer available in the U.S. and had been discontinued. Thankfully, I was connected with Mr. Joseph, who went above and beyond to help. Very nice staff. Helpful and very knowledgeable. The times we selected were high quality and our kitchen looks amazing now. Highly recommend
Although they didn't have the color we needed, they were very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. They do have a large selection of different types of tiles for backsplashes. It is worth going in to see there's selections when you're trying to make hard tile decisions.
