Andrea was patient, kind and full of brilliant ideas! I worked with her over several weeks and visits to the shop to ensure we had thought of every detail before placing my order for a full bathroom renovation. I would recommend Andrea without exception to anyone looking for tile. The entire store staff was friendly and willing to offer a helping hand as well.
We had a great experience at The Tile Shop! We worked with Andrea who was very patient and knowledgeable of the products and worked with us on our design and vision of what we were looking for on the redesign of our master shower and kitchen backsplash. She made the entire process very easy by giving suggestions when we asked and not letting us go down the wrong path. Andrea Tejada was wonderful to work with from the moment we met her on the Tile Shop showroom floor! She was very helpful, kind and pleasant to work with during our shopping and purchasing experience. She did not push anything on us and listened to what we said we wanted and made suggestions where appropriate. Thank you, Andrea; we appreciate you!!
Staff was helpful through the whole process. Afton was especially helpful and patient. Staff doesn’t push you or try to upsell you but give helpful suggestions.
