Great selection
Purchased tile for a shower floor from a tile shop representative. A copper penny tile was recommended by a tile shop representative and selected by the homeowner. The recommended tile could not be used as I suspected its inferiority while installing it. Supply chain issues delayed VIM base delivery for months. Upon returning tile I was a refused refund because too much time had passed. Still after I explained that the fault was with the tile shop representative I was refused a refund.
